These useful HPLC columns have a Silica Hydride surface similar to other TYPE-C™ HPLC phases but the uniqueness of the Diamond Hydride™ is that they have a very small amount of carbon on the surface that adjusts the hydrophobicity to a small but important level.

Precise methods are easily developed even with complex sample matrices including biological fluids such as plasma, urine, saliva and other bio matrices.
